Ayam Kuluyuk Praktis solusinya, dijamin anak-anak juga suka deh. Membuatnya mudah dan cepat. Ini ya resepnya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;- Fillet Ayam 400 gr, lumuri perasan jeruk nipis dan garam, cuci bersih&lt;br /&gt;- Tepung bumbu ayam kentucky (bisa dibeli di supermarket, banyak mereknya)&lt;br /&gt;- Bawang bombay 1 buah, iris-iris&lt;br /&gt;- Maizena 1 st, larutkan dengan 1 sm air&lt;br /&gt;- Saus tomat 4 sm&lt;br /&gt;- Air 250 cc&lt;br /&gt;- Kecap inggris 1/2 st&lt;br /&gt;- Minyak wijen 1 st&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu untuk ayam (dihaluskan):&lt;br /&gt;- Bawang putih 2 siung besar&lt;br /&gt;- Lada bubuk 1/4 st&lt;br /&gt;- Garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu untuk saus (dihaluskan)&lt;br /&gt;- Bawang putih 1 siung&lt;br /&gt;- Jahe 1/3 ibu jari dikeprek&lt;br /&gt;- Lada bubuk 1/4 st&lt;br /&gt;- Garam secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;- Gula secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;- Kaldu ayam bubuk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya:&lt;br /&gt;Ayam yang sudah dicuci bersih dilumuri dengan bumbu ayam yang sudah dihaluskan. Sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;Siapkan tepung bumbu, bagi 2, satu bagian diaduk dengan air es secukupnya, satu bagian lainnya biarkan kering.&lt;br /&gt;Siapkan penggorengan dengan banyak minyak goreng di atas api sedang.&lt;br /&gt;Celup ayam satu persatu ke adonan tepung bumbu basah lalu gulingkan ke tepung bumbu kering. Goreng hingga crispy dan berwarna keemasan.Angkat tiriskan.Sajikan dengan disiram saus tomat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saus tomat:&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan ditumis dengan sedikit minyak goreng, masukkan bawang bombay yang sudah diiris-iris, biarkan bawang bombay layu, masukkan air, saus tomat dan kecap inggris, biarkan mendidih, masukkan maizena yang sudah dilarutkan dengan air. Aduk hingga saus mengental. Masukkan minyak wijen. Membuatnya mudah saja dan tidak makan banyak waktu. Biasanya saya sajikan untuk tamu yang datang dadakan, hehehe...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;- Tahu segitiga warna coklat yang banyak dijual dalam plastik bening isi 10 buah&lt;br /&gt;- tauge 2 genggaman besar (aduuh untuk tauge apa ya patokan ukuran banyaknya yang umum??)&lt;br /&gt;- daun bawang besar 2 buah, iris tipis-tipis&lt;br /&gt;- wortel 2 buah, kupas, parut kasar dengan parutan yang biasa digunakan untuk rujak parut (seharusnya dipotong kotak-kotak kecil seperti kalau kita membuat isi risol, tapi berhubung seringnya tidak ada waktu untuk memotong-motong wortel, saya menghalalkan parutan rujak untuk mendapatkan irisan wortel kecil-kecil)&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu: &lt;br /&gt;- bawang putih 3 siung&lt;br /&gt;- merica bubuk secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;- garam dan gula secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Adonan tepung:&lt;br /&gt;- tepung terigu 2 ons&lt;br /&gt;- tepung sagu 3 sendok makan&lt;br /&gt;- air secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;- kadu bubuk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya:&lt;br /&gt;- Tahu ditusuk bagian tengahnya hingga membentuk rongga untuk memasukkan sayuran. Sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;- Bumbu dihaluskan dan ditumis dengan sedikit minyak goreng, masukkan wortel dan daun bawang, aduk sebentar,masukkan tauge. Membuatnya tidak seribet risoles karena kita tidak perlu membuat dadar/ kulit. Mau tau caranya? Hehehehe...tapi karena anak-anak suka banget sama risoles, and they are begging their mother to make some for them, akhirnya saya pun mengalah... dan hasilnya ternyata membuat anak-anak ketagihan lo...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan kulit:&lt;br /&gt;- 200 gr tepung terigu serba guna&lt;br /&gt;- 400 ml susu cair (tidak perlu UHT, susu bubuk dicairkan juga bisa)&lt;br /&gt;- 1 butir telur&lt;br /&gt;- 1/4 st garam&lt;br /&gt;- 25 gr mentega dilelehkan&lt;br /&gt;Bahan isi:&lt;br /&gt;- 3 siung bawang putih dihaluskan bersama garam secukupnya plus pala (1/2 butir) dan merica (kurang lebih 1/2 st teh)&lt;br /&gt;- wortel, buncis, daun bawang, bawang bombay dipotong kecil-kecil&lt;br /&gt;- kacang polong beku diseduh sebentar&lt;br /&gt;- 250 cc susu&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sm terigu&lt;br /&gt;- 50 gr keju diparut kasar atau dipotong kotak-kotak kecil&lt;br /&gt;Bahan pelapis:&lt;br /&gt;- 2 butir telur dikacau&lt;br /&gt;- tepung roti kasar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya:&lt;br /&gt;Semua bahan kulit disatukan dan diaduk hingga licin, daar tipis-tipis di atas wajan teflon&lt;br /&gt;Tumis bawang putih yang sudah dihaluskan bersama garam, pala dan merica hingga harum, masukkan bawang bombay dan wortel, daun bawang, buncis serta kacang polong. Ayak dan sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;Campur minyak sayur dengan essence pandan, aduk dan sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;Kocok gula dan telur hingga mengembang dan berwarna pucat dengan menggunakan mikser berkecepatan tinggi. Kurangi kecepatan mikser dan masukkan campuran tepung sedikit-sedikit sambil terus dikocok.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan santan kental sdikit demi sedikit. Mommy Rini ini terkenal jagoan bikin dan menghias cake di keluarga kami. Maklum lulusan kursus bikin kue di Wilton waktu dia tinggal di Amerika. Tapi kali ini Rio minta ibunya sendiri yang membuat. Nah lho. Mau gak mau deh turun tangan.&lt;br /&gt;Gak mau ngecewain anak, maka saya corat-coret beberapa sketsa rancangan b'day cake yang mau dibuat dan meminta persetujuan si b'day boy cake sketsa mana yang dia pilih. Dari The Cars sampe yang ada foto diri dari edible image. Tapi ternyata Rio malah seneng dengan yang bertema padang rumput sama anak domba dari fondant. Masukkan terigu, susu bubuk dan baking powder secara bertahap. Aduk  rata. Masukkan pasta pandan dan margarine cair. Aduk rata. Tuang di atas loyang  persegi ukuran 24 cm yang sudah diolesi mentega dan ditaburi sedikit terigu.  Taburi atasnya dengan irisan almon. Cara membutanya mudah kok.. cocok untuk menambah tenaga anggota keluarga yang sakit, selain itu rasanya slurrrp... you won't get enough without any second help!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Resepnya:&lt;br /&gt;1 ltr Susu UHT plain&lt;br /&gt;225 gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;12 butir telur&lt;br /&gt;1 gelas air panas &lt;br /&gt;1 sm Vanilla essence&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya:&lt;br /&gt;Buat caramel dari 125 gr gula pasir dengan menggunakan wajan teflon. Tuang air panas 1 gelas. Aduk hingga tercampur dengan caramel. Masukkan dalam pingan tahan panas. Diamkan.&lt;br /&gt;Campur susu, telur, sisa gula dan vanilla essence dengan menggunakan mikser, tuang ke dalam pingan yang telah terlebih dahulu berisi caramel. Masukkan  telur satu per satu sambil dikocok. Masukkan gula dan tepung bergantian. Tuang  di atas loyang ukuran 22cm yang sudah dialasi kertas roti dan dioles mentega.  Panggang kurang lebih 40 menit dengan suhu 180 derajat celcius. Disajikan dengan  ditaburi gula tepung. Rasanya? Diamkan 30 menit. Sementara itu siapkan cetakan pie kecil dan olesi dengan mentega. Ambil sedikit adonan, cetak membentuk cetakan pie. Tusuk-tusuk dasarnya dengan garpu. Oven sebentar hingga agak mengeras, keluarkan. Isi dengan bahan isi, oven lagi hingga bahan isi matang. Angkat dan sajikan. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Note: bahan isi bisa dimodifikasi sesuka kita. Campurannya adalah susu UHT, telur, parutan keju, irisan bawang bombay dan jamur kaleng. Untuk dagingnya bisa daging sapi giling atau dada ayam direbus yang dipotong kotak-kotak. Longok ke freezer, ternyata saya masih punya ati ampela. Siiip. Akhirnya saya buatlah sambal goreng krecek versi saya sendiri. Bumbu yang sudah halus ditumis dengan minyak secukupnya, masukkan santan encer dan lengkuas beserta salam. Masukkan ampela yang sudah dipotong. Biarkan mendidih beberapa lama hingga ampela kenyal, tidak keras. Masukkan buncis dan kentang. Didihkan lagi. Terakhir masukkan santan kental, ati, kerecek dan cabe merah. Terus terang ini kali pertama saya mencoba menghias cake dengan menggunakan spuit dan pipping bag. Cookies-cookies tersebut dihias dengan royal icing dan dikemas dengan plastik plus pita lalu dimasukkan dalam goodies bag yang dibuat khusus menyerupai T Shirt. Hasilnya tadaaa! Alhamdulillah semua suka dan pesta sukses.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oya, untuk resep icingnya seperti di bawah ini:&lt;br /&gt;60 ml putih telur&lt;br /&gt;400 gr gula halus&lt;br /&gt;1 sm cream of tartar&lt;br /&gt;1 sm air perasan jeruk lemon&lt;br /&gt;1 sm essence vanilla&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kocok putih telur hingga mengembang, masukkan cream of tartar, kocok terus. Masukkan gula pasir sedikit-sedikit sambil kocok di atas mangkuk berisi air panas (seperti gaya panggang au bain marie tapi tidak di dalam oven), masukkan essence vanilla. Kocok terus hingga adonan putih mengkilat. Bagi adonan menjadi beberapa bagian, tambahkan pewarna ke masing-masing bagian, masukkan ke dalam piping bag. Siap menghias.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tips: jangan masukkan cookies yang telah dihias langsung ke dalam kulkas. Hasilnya hhmm... benar-benar enak (testimoni dari suami, anak-anak, keluarga dan teman yang sudah icip-icip).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ini dia resepnya:&lt;br /&gt;350 gr cheese cream&lt;br /&gt;100 gr yoghurt plain atau rasa strawberry&lt;br /&gt;100 gr krim kental&lt;br /&gt;135 gr gula pasir halus&lt;br /&gt;2 btr telur&lt;br /&gt;2 sm tepung terigu serba guna&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mixer cream cheese, yoghurt, krim kental dan gula hingga gula tercampur sempurna, masukkan telur, aduk dengan spatula. Masukkan tepung terigu dan aduk (juga dengan spatula).&lt;br /&gt;Tuang adonan di loyang bongkar pasang uk. 20 cm yang sudah dioles mentega dan dialasi kertas roti. Panggan secara au bain marie selama 1 jam.
